While eating keto, I really missed bread. This Keto Pretzel recipe is a delicious way to stay on track with keto and get your bread fix too.

One of the most common struggle with sticking to a low carb or keto diet is that people feel like that have to give up their favorite foods… like BREAD!

Like we eat them… we know they aren’t the “real” thing… and we are okay with that because of the benefits of staying on track.

But with this recipe…

Keto Pretzels

Ingredients

2 Cups of Almond Flour

1 TBS of Baking Powder

2 Large Eggs

3 Cups of Mozzarella Cheese, shredded

5 TBS of Cream Cheese

Optional: Sea Salt and beaten egg for tops

Directions

Preheat oven 425 degrees.

In a food processor, mix almond flour, baking powder together.

In a large microwave safe bowl, mix together cheeses. Heat for 1 minute and 30 seconds. Mix together. Heat another 30 seconds – 1 minute and mix until all combined.

To the food processor (or mixer) add the eggs, and the almond flour mixture, and the cheese mixture.

Mix well until all incorporated.

Divide dough into 6 equal parts. Roll into long thin strips and fold each one into a pretzel shape.

Place on parchment paper for baking.

Optional: Brush tops with additional egg wash and sprinkle with sea salt.

Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
