I know when I first started changing my diet and watching the ingredients of what I ate… we were living in the middle of NO WHERE VILLE.
It was TOUGH to find anything healthy in town, so most of the time we would have to drive an hour to get our groceries.
That’s when I started ordering healthy groceries online so that I could keep my pantry stocked.
If you still don’t know what to buy to keep your pantry stocked to stay low carb and keto friendly, grab my Keto Grocery List:
Now, our local stores are carrying more and more healthy options, but honestly… with three kids in tow… I would rather shop in stores as little as possible!
So I still buy a lot online!
My Top 10 Keto Friendly Groceries From Amazon:
Keto Friendly Soda Alternative
Zevia is seriously my favorite keto friendly soda alternative.
I usually buy the caffeine free soda, but I have tried a lot of their flavors. My youngest daughter always tries to steal them from me too! Which I would much rather her drink this than a regular soda!
If you already drink Zevia, tell me what your favorite flavor is!
Peanut Flour
I got introduced to Peanut Flour a few years ago when I started doing more keto and low carb baking. What I really like to use this for is my smoothies! It is perfect for making a smoothie thick and rich tasting. You will love it!
Almond Flour
I use a lot of almond flour in my keto baking and muffin in a mugs. I feel like it is a must in any Keto or Low Carb Pantry.
Some popular recipes that use almond flour:
Coconut Flour
Coconut flour is another keto friendly and low carb flour that I use a lot. Having these in my pantry makes it so much easier to stay on track. Most recipes that I personally use either use coconut flour or almond flour. So I always have both on hand!
You have to try my Chocolate Chip Coconut Flour Bread!!!
Aluminum Free Baking Powder
It isn’t a topic I talk about a lot… but I try to avoid aluminum in my self care products as well as in baking. There is some research showing how it can lead to more cancer risks… and I just want to avoid that as much as I can.
Believe it or not, this is one product that I usually have to be online even in my town!
I buy my aluminum free baking powder on Amazon so I know I always have it in my pantry.
Coconut Oil
I always buy the biggest container of coconut oil I can find, haha. If you are like me, you probably use coconut oil for more than just in the kitchen.
I may or may not put it in my hair for a deep conditioner, for shaving my legs or to oil pull for teeth whitening… but I most certainly use it to make fat bombs!
Stevia Sweetened Chocolate Chips
It is no secret that I love chocolate! So when I found stevia sweetened chocolate chips… you know I have to stock up on these.
These sugar free chocolate chips are perfect for your low carb chocolate recipes or just grabbing a few to keep your sugar cravings at bay.

Pink Himalayan Sea Salt
I use Pink Himalayan Sea Salt for all my baking. Most people don’t know this, but we actually need salt to be healthy.
Typically when you start eating keto or low carb you lose a lot of water weight at first (which is good! because it means you have less inflammation).
But when you lose that water, you also lose electrolytes too. When you are low in electrolytes you may feel tired, have muscle cramps… and have headaches (it could feel like the flu – so it has been named the “Keto Flu”)
Adding back salts is one way to avoid this altogether!
Plus, Pink Himalayan Sea Salt is the best in minerals and also one of the key ingredients in my Keto Coffee.
Almond Butter
Almond butter is our top pick for “nut butters.” Typically almonds have less pesticides used than peanuts. Also, fun fact, Almonds are actually a nut and Peanuts are not.
One of my most popular Almond Butter recipes:
Stevia Products
I use stevia as my primary sweetener… and it is sometimes really hard to find stevia sweeteners and products locally.
These stevia drops make it easy to sweeten drinks like coffee, Greek yogurt, smoothies… I also use a stevia powder blend when I’m baking.

You can see how easy it is to make better choices and stay on track for reaching your goals when you have the right things stocked in your pantry. These Top 10 Keto Friendly Groceries from Amazon will save time instead of having to run from store to store!
