The short answer is: no.
You really can’t substitute any flour cup for cup other than what is listed on the recipe you are following. It would be best to find a recipe using the exact flours you have on hand and follow the recipe exactly as it is listed – or you may end up with an inedible mess and a waste of good ingredients.
