eggs beaten

of unsweetened shredded coconut

chicken tenders
Instructions
Whisk together your eggs in one bowl.
Add the other ingredients except the chicken to another bowl.
Dip your chicken tenders in the egg.
Then immediately dip them in the dry mixture to coat the chicken tenders on both sides.
Place the chicken tenders on an oiled baking sheet.
Bake at 375 degrees for 8 minutes then flip and bake another 8 minutes.
