Garden Vegetable Spaghetti Sauce

Full of the freshest summer vegetables and so full of flavor too, this pasta sauce is sure to please.

- 1 tablespoon of coconut oil
- 1 onion chopped
- 1 bell pepper chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic minced
- 1 pound of ground meat
- 2 tsp of salt
- 1/4 tsp of black pepper
- 1 tsp of crushed red pepper flakes
- 2 tablespoons of Italian seasonings
- 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce
- 3 zucchini sliced into half circles.
- 1 large can of crushed tomatoes
- optional: spinach
Heat skillet on medium high heat.
Melt coconut oil.
Add in onion, bell pepper, and garlic.
Saute until onion is translucent.
Add ground meat.
Stir, breaking up meat.
Add in seasonings: salt, pepper, crushed red pepper flakes, and Italian seasoning
Add zucchini to pan and stir to combine.
Add can of tomatoes
Add Worcestershire sauce
Simmer for 15-20 minutes.
Serve with spaghetti sauce or your favorite pasta sauce
