First, set your instant pot to sauté and heat up the oil.
Next, add your sliced sausage and garlic just to cook through maybe 3 minutes.
Add Frozen vegetable seasoning blend (onions, celery, peppers) and heat through about 3 minutes.
Next, add the beef broth and seasoning. Stir to mix through.
Lastly, add your rinsed dried kidney beans.
Set your instant pot for manual high heat for 40 minutes.
Let naturally release (which takes about 15 minutes or so)
Remove the Bay leaves before servings
