Keto Mushroom Bacon Quiche

Ingredients
  

Crust

  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 4 oz cream cheese

Filling

  • 1 cup mushrooms
  • 1 cup of mozzarella cheese
  • and cooked bacon.
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup of heavy whipping cream
  • Salt & pepper to taste.

Instructions
 

  • Using a food processor, mix together the almond flour and cream cheese to form ball of dough.
  • Press dough into 9 inch pie pan.
  • Layer the mushrooms, cheese and bacon on top of almond flour crust.
  • Mix heavy whipping cream and eggs together and pour over toppings.
  • Bake at 375 for about 40 minutes.
