Slow cooker Balsamic Raspberry Chicken

An easy slow cooker chicken recipes using flavors of onions, raspberries and balsamic vinegar.

Ingredients
  

  • 4-6 chicken breast
  • 2 medium onions cut into strips
  • 1 cup of raspberries frozen
  • 1/2 cup of balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tsp of salt
  • 1/4 tsp of pepper
  • 1/2 tsp of dried tarragon
  • 1 tsp of basil
  • Cooked Spaghetti Squash and Parmesan cheese optional

Instructions
 

  • Place all ingredients in slow cooker. Cook on high for 4-6 hours or on low for 8-10.
  • Shred the chicken and mix all the juices and onions together.
  • Cook spaghetti squash and toss with more salt and pepper.
  • Toss the chicken dish with the cooked spaghetti squash and top with Parmesan cheese.
  • You could also serve with brown rice, quinoa, or riced cauliflower.
