Summer Broccoli Salad

A summer salad easy to throw together for your next picnic or cookout

- 4-5 cups of broccoli chopped
- 2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 red onion chopped
- 1/4-1/2 cup of pumpkin or other seed
- 1 cup of raisins
- 1.5 cups of mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons of white vinegar
- 1 tsp of black pepper
- 2 tsp of salt
- 1/8 tsp of stevia extract powder sweetener to taste
- 8 slices of bacon cooked and chopped
Put your broccoli, onion, cheddar cheese, seeds, raisins, and bacon in a large bowl.
In a smaller bowl, mix dressing ingredients: mayo, salt, pepper, vinegar, stevia (taste test)
Mix dressing into chopped vegetables. Serve cold.
