Summer Broccoli Salad

Ingredients
  

  • 4-5 cups of broccoli chopped
  • 2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 red onion chopped
  • 1/4-1/2 cup of pumpkin or other seed
  • 1 cup of raisins
  • 1.5 cups of mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons of white vinegar
  • 1 tsp of black pepper
  • 2 tsp of salt
  • 1/8 tsp of stevia extract powder sweetener to taste
  • 8 slices of bacon cooked and chopped

Instructions
 

  • Put your broccoli, onion, cheddar cheese, seeds, raisins, and bacon in a large bowl.
  • In a smaller bowl, mix dressing ingredients: mayo, salt, pepper, vinegar, stevia (taste test)
  • Mix dressing into chopped vegetables. Serve cold.
