Heat sauce pan on medium high heat.
Add coconut oil. Once heated, add chopped onion.
Once onion is cooked, add ground turkey, salt, pepper flakes, black pepper, ginger and garlic powder.
In a separate bowl, mix the tamari or soy sauce, broth and rice vinegar.
Add in the liquid stevia (or you can try a few shakes of nunaturals or Truvia powder)
Slowly stir in glucomannan making sure to mix in completely without forming clumps.
Once meat is cooked, add liquid mixture, carrots and mushrooms.
Let cook until carrots are tender (about 10 minutes)
Serve wrapped in lettuce leaves.
